Port Greville Activities Spring Summer

We are fortunate to have Pegasus
Paragliding just minutes from our
Bed and Breakfast. You can take a tandem flight or you can book
a week of lessons with Mike, the instructor. This is an adventure,
you will never forget. We will make all the arrangements for
you. You can book this package at a reduced rate from the regular

Country Antique Market, 3 Sisters Antique Attic, the Fine
China Shop, Colpitts Art Gallery, Lady Bug Garden Centre,
Christmas Tree Shop, local Post Office and much more.
In Port Greville Harbour visit The Age
of Sail Museum and Port
Greville Lighthouse.
While in Parrsboro (Home of Glooscap) check out the Fundy
Geological Museum or Ottawa
House Museum. There is banking, shopping, medical centre,
pharmacy and a 9
Hole Golf Course. Visit Rockcliffe
By-the-Sea, a community of year-round ocean front properties
Nearby is Cape D'Or with it's historic lighthouse. Go on a
boat tour in Advocate Harbour, visit Red Rock, or search for
fossils at Joggins Fossil Cliffs. Explore the nature of the
area by following the Fundy
Shore EcoTour.
Spend
a day beach combing along miles of rugged coastal area. Pick
dulse at The Dulsing Rocks at Fox River or Fox Point. If your
interested in off roading their are many trails for four-wheelers.
Explore Ward Falls hiking trail, take in many of the local
craft fairs and Church Teas and suppers, attend quilt shows
in Parrsboro, spend a day picking blue berries or attend a
Lobster Dinner or festival.

Fossil Cliffs Tour
Ebb Tide is a short drive to the Famous Joggins Fossil Cliffs,
pictured above. You and your family can pack a beautiful picnic
lunch and take the extremely scenic drive to Joggins, explore
the cliffs, and be home at night in time to have a barbeque
on the back deck, or go to Greville Beach and make a bon fire,
and take in our spectacular sunsets over the Bay and Cape
Split.
Sea Kayaking Adventure
Ebb Tide is pleased to announce the starting year for a wonderful
new adventure tour, "Novashores
Sea Kayaking Adventures". You can see full particulars
of their tours on their web
page. Our Bed and Breakfast is very
near to their launching sites. Please contact us for special
rates if you would like to include a Sea Kayaking adventure
in your holidays.
Bike and Hiking Tours
We can also book special mountain bike hourly or days tours
with a guide. Bikes are provided. Duration of tour, locations,
etc, are based upon your requests and ability. Guided Hiking
tours of many of the incredible areas in this region are also
available for the first time this year. One of these could
be through the magnificent Cape
Chignecto Park. We will be delighted to assist in making
these arrangements for you.
Bird Watching Hiking Tours
We are honoured to have Joan Czapalay of the N.S.Bird Watching
Society, available to do Bird Watching Tours when she is in
our area. If you are a birder, and would like to spend a few
days bird watching, get in touch with us, and we will make
the arrangements for you. Identify yourself as a birder to
get a special rate.
Summer Theatre Package
Both Ebb Tide properties are minutes away from Ships
Company Theatre. We offer a special rate on Bed and Breakfast
Stay for those wishing to enjoy this incredible theatre. We
will even book your tickets and have them waiting for you
at time of check in.
